Products I Use? LifeWave!

You’re familiar with how taping words and numbers to your water bottle can change the structure of the water to create positive changes in your body? Well, now you can do the same thing with your body!

LifeWave Patches allow you to harness the power of phototherapy to create visible changes in your body.

So what is phototherapy? The science of phototherapy, which has been around for about 100 years, uses light to improve the health of the body. As far back as two thousand years ago, the ancient Greeks had a center for studying the effects of different colored lights on the body. Even the ancient Egyptians, who promoted health by focusing sunlight through colored glass on certain areas of the body, understood this concept.

There are various patches to address specific goals, but the first patch that I recommend to everyone is X39, to elevate, activate, and regenerate your cells.

X39’s patented wellness technology elevates the flow of your body’s innate energy, fostering overall wellness and an active lifestyle.

Check out all the LifeWave products on my website. In addition to the patches, check out the aromatherapy and skin care products!

Be sure to get in touch with me if you’d like more information or if you’re interested in becoming a LifeWave Brand Partner.

Highway Driving is Fun Again

So I just drove 80 mph on the freeway! Some of you are probably thinking, “That’s nice, Candice. I do that every day.” But I haven’t been able to drive on the freeway much at all for the last couple of years and whenever I nosed past 65, I would get dizzy and start to physically shake. I used to love driving, but I mostly stopped driving on the freeway for any reason.

Today, When I reached a place where I knew I couldn’t stay in the right lane, my brain tried to tell me, “Warning! We always get dizzy here!” But I kept my fingers tap, tap, tapping, just as Jean told me to do, and I cruised right down the middle lane.

Did I mention I drove on the freeway without panicking AT ALL?! As you’ve probably guessed, this is what I addressed in my energy healing session with Jean. So flipping cool!

How I Got into This Business

Clients sometimes ask me how I got into this business. Here’s my answer.

I was always a seeker, absorbing new information. I was living in Europe when I heard Dr Bradley Nelson (creator of the Emotion Code and the Body Code System) on a phone call with Kristen Howe (Go Big Coach) explaining muscle testing and that 80% of all dis-ease in the body was caused by old emotional baggage that got stuck in the body and didn’t process out naturally. There was a special offer at the end of the call, which I immediately purchased.

I started to teach myself muscle testing and then started asking about anything and everything that popped into my head. It was so cool that I went on to learn the Body Code system in addition to the Emotion Code process.

A few months later it dawned on me that I was no longer having migraines. No dark rooms, no pain, no pain medication, no giving myself pain shots, no throwing up from pain and nausea, nothing.

And the only thing different was that I had been working with this new system. So I started helping other people who also felt stuck in emotional or physical pain cycles who have gone through all the medical possibilities without relief. Now that has grown into a business of helping people (and young healers) grow into the version of themselves they know they can be. And it’s fantastic. 🌺

Do You Grind Your Teeth?

I can’t tell you how many of my clients (eventually) mention that they grind their teeth in their sleep.  They go to the dentist.  They get piece of plastic to put in their mouth to keep from destroying their teeth.  They learn to sleep and breathe around the weird device.

They take all the steps to address the symptom.  But they don’t address the actual cause.

Stress at home.  Stress at work.  Financial stress.  More stress.

Most people don’t notice or don’t get the connection between stress and the physical signs/symptoms of stress. Stress and tension that you carry through your day can be so intense that signs of stress may even show up during sleep hours:

  • Swirling thoughts that keep you tossing and turning.
  • Interrupted sleep throughout the night.
  • Grinding your teeth.

Some Immediate Dangers

Teeth grinding can cause damage not only your teeth, but can also exert unnatural stress on your jaws and musculature. This can result in waking up to pain that radiates from your jaw, particularly where it connects to your skull. This can throw off the alignment of your teeth in addition to wearing down the structure of the teeth.

Things You Can Try

To treat the symptom, the first thing many people do is find out how they can keep these teeth away from each other when they sleep. This can be done using different types of mouthguards until you can find some more long-term solutions to the problem. You can also try limiting the amount of caffeine and other stimulants that you intake in a day. Stimulants are known for causing a buildup of stress when they are used too often or taken right before bed, but it’s also possible that these manifestations could be signs of other issues that your body has been experiencing.

Deeper Causes

If you haven’t been able to reduce the amount of teeth grinding that you find yourself doing during your journey, then it’s entirely possible that you might have to have some kind of sleep study done. This is important because it’s entirely possible that the teeth grinding is a sign of a more serious disorder like sleep apnea, which could easily develop into something life threatening. Sleep Apnea occurs when your breathing becomes obstructed, so this can lead to interrupted sleep, daytime drowsiness, and in some cases, even death, so you should try to find out the source of this discomfort with an urgent effort.

The good news about teeth grinding is that it is relatively easy to treat. You can visit your dentist to get a mouth guard, which will be placed over your top and bottom teeth, providing a barrier between the top and bottom rows of teeth. That way, even if you try to clench or grind your teeth, they won’t make contact, therefore protecting the enamel. Over time, you will start reducing the habit thanks to the mouth guard, so you might not have to wear it for the rest of your life.

But what if you want to get rid of the habit of teeth grinding and throw away the unnatural appliances?  You’ve been to all the doctors, and there is no physical reason for you to grind your teeth.  You’ve lived many years without this habit, and want to get back to a more relaxed state of sleep.

  • Step 1 – Look at your life.  What stressors do you live with – and ignore- on a daily basis?
  • Step 2 – Make a change based on what you uncovered in Step 1

It’s probably that simple.  Your body has been screaming at you, trying to get your attention.  You haven’t made the connection until now, and you’ve been ignoring all the ‘danger’ signals your body has been sending.

If you need help translating what your body is trying to tell you, get on my calendar.  We’ll explore what your body is saying, that you haven’t been hearing.

Things can change.  It’s your choice.  When will you choose YOU?

The Importance of Mindset

Do you have a “fixed mindset” or a “growth mindset”?  Since you’re on an Energy Healing website, which is a bit off the normal ‘health through better pharmaceuticals’ philosophy, chances are you are open to new ideas and processes.  So I’d say most readers have already started down the path of a growth mindset.

So what’s the difference between fixed and growth mindsets?

  • People with the fixed mindset tend to feel that their skills, potential and abilities are set, and can limit their potential.  People with a growth mentality are open to the idea that there is always room for improvement if they want it enough and are willing to put in the work.
  • Those in the “fixed” category tend to feel powerless to manipulate their pre-ordained, possibly genetic skills and talents while those in the growth category are far more optimistic about who is calling the shots – and step out of their box to learn new things.

Another significant difference is how a person views mistakes or obstacles and the attitude that they foster when the inevitable problems show up.  For example, those with a fixed mindset are apt to become easily discouraged and throw in the towel at the first setback, whereas those with a growth mindset are more optimistic in their outlook and adopt more of an opportunistic approach to problems.  They turn negativity into a chance to learn and grow from whatever hindrance they might encounter.

Given what is already understood about the two opposite approaches to mindset, the fixed mindset does not leave the same room for growth, learning, or personal prosperity, while the growth mindset is a more positive option that is more likely to maximize an individual’s success and happiness in life.

It is also important when discussing this particular topic to consider the ways in which our mindset can affect us other than in our ability to grow and prosper and be successful.

Mindset can have a major impact on health and physical well-being.  A person who tends to consistently be discouraged or depressed is more likely to have that negative mentality suppress their immune system, which in turn makes them more prone to illnesses and longer recovery periods.

People with a growth mindset tend to feel more in control of their health, become sick less often, and tend to be happier and healthier.

But there is hopeful news for those who find themselves stuck in the pessimistic fixed mindset.  YOU control your future.  YOU control your thoughts.  YOU control your life.  YOU can choose a new path.  YOU can choose.

I love to work with people who are building a new future.  A new relationship, a new mindset, a new business.  Even new healers who are working on growing their craft.  If you’d like some support while you create your new future, I’m here for you.  We can work on beliefs that are holding you back, insecurities that are holding you in your current reality, memories of past failures that are keeping you from taking another risk, and negative thoughts that replay in your head that keep you stuck.  Get on my calendar so we can start moving your forward.

Move to that mindset of growth.  Find success in whatever venture you jump into next.  You can do it!
